1) Zero Tolerance
We have a zero-tolerance approach to fraud. Any attempt to manipulate tracking, completions, or rewards may result in: account hold, reward reversal, withdrawal cancellation, or permanent suspension.
2) Examples of Fraud (Not Limited To)
- VPN/Proxy/TOR usage to bypass geo restrictions or re-attempt offers.
- Multi-accounting or creating accounts for family/friends.
- Emulators, device spoofing, cloned apps, modified APKs, rooted/jailbroken setups (when prohibited by providers).
- Auto-clickers, scripts, bots, forced clicks, iframe loading, or background completion attempts.
- Fake information during signups (name/email/phone), disposable numbers, or fake verification.
- Chargebacks, refund abuse, or canceling subscriptions required for offer completion.
3) Offerwall/Advertiser Validation
Third-party offerwalls and advertisers may flag traffic as invalid. They can: hold rewards for review, deny credits, or reverse previously credited rewards. We follow their final decision when supported by logs and risk data.
4) Investigations & Holds
We may place accounts on hold while reviewing suspicious activity. During holds: withdrawals may be disabled and pending rewards may not be payable.
5) Appeal
If you believe an action was incorrect, contact support with: your User ID, offer name/wall name, completion time, and screenshots.
